DESCRIPTION:Mindful Photography Workshop\nMonday 29th June | 10am – 12pm\
 nA gentle\, creative workshop to help you slow down\, notice more and reco
 nnect with the beauty in the everyday.\n\nThis 2-hour mindful photography 
 workshop is designed for anyone who would love a little space to pause\, b
 reathe and create. You do not need to be “good” at photography and you
  do not need a fancy camera. You can bring your phone\, your camera\, or w
 hatever you feel most comfortable using.\n\nThis is not a technical photog
 raphy class full of complicated settings. It is a calming\, creative exper
 ience that uses photography as a tool for mindfulness\, self-care and pres
 ence.\nWhat is mindful photography?\nMindful photography is about using yo
 ur camera to slow down and really notice what is around you.\n\nInstead of
  rushing to take the perfect photo\, we focus on observation\, curiosity\,
  light\, colour\, texture\, small details and the present moment.\n\nIt is
  a beautiful way to quieten the mind\, reconnect with yourself and see ord
 inary things in a new way.\nDuring the workshop\, you will:\nExplore simpl
 e mindful photography prompts\nLearn how to use your phone or camera in a 
 more intentional way\nTake part in gentle observation exercises\nNotice li
 ght\, colour\, texture\, shape and detail\nUse photography as a tool for c
 alm\, creativity and gratitude\nLeave with fresh inspiration and a new way
  of seeing the world around you\nThis workshop is perfect for you if:\nYou
