A moment to allow yourself to switch off, relax and take some time for you. As I start the session with a mindfulness task, we will then move into a series of meditations or one longer one and we will then finish with a take home task that will allow you to create a photos (with hints and tips from me) that will allow you to return to that time whenever you need.
