I’ve created a special space to deliver mindfulness exercises, a beautiful themed guided meditation and an introduction to photography workshop too!
A time to press pause and meet with like minded people allowing you to connect and enjoy some time for you.

Starting with a welcome circle to connect with each other, I will guide you through a series of mindfulness exercises, meditations and a photography beginners workshop!
The photography section of my workshop will be bespoke to each retreat and will help you to create images linked to the theme of the session you attend.
This retreat will bring together all the courses and diplomas I have been studying to bring you the best experience I can.
We will start with a welcome circle to introduce ourselves to each other to build connection, there will then be a task to do yourself sat where you are listening to some beautiful music and I will guide you through what you need to do. We will then move to a guided meditation session which will be a visualisation session where you can relax and recharge. Following our meditation session you will be given an opportunity to journal and have a little break. Lastly we will move into the photography section where you will be given some hints and tips to create an image that links with the topic of the guided meditation.
Your homework tasks will be to create images linked to our meditation where you will capture an image of calm that you visualised in our meditation together.
The workshop will be set up for floor work via your yoga mat but anyone with any mobility problems that would like to bring a chair to sit on you are more than welcome to do this.
This initial retreat is priced at £65 and is for 10 people only. I will be adding additional dates in the future as a choice of venues.

The workshop will be approx 2 hours long with the first half including mindfulness, meditation and then we will have a short break and then I will talk you through some photography hints and tips which will allow you to do your take home task (homework) from your day.
