Investment and Process
You deserve a unique, tailored approach to your personal branding photoshoot. I am here to guide you through every step of the way.
Below you will find a breakdown of my three main personal branding packages. The three packages below also include with them a full planning process to help you to get the best from your photoshoot. As part of the planning process, we will meet on zoom (or locally if you are local to me) to talk through the plan for your shoot, we will plan out your ideas, the shots that you are looking for and then pull together an agenda for where we are going to meet and when. We then work together on compiling a shared Pintrest where we can share ideas of styles together too.
Please note that payment plans can be offered on all photoshoots. I have also worked with many organisations that have qualified for funding for their photoshoots too so please do explore this too to help you with your investment.

Frequently Asked Questions…
1. What should I wear for the photo shoot? Do you have any specific clothing recommendations?
It’s really important when selecting your clothes for your shoot that you wear something that you feel comfortable moving around in and reflects the personality/vibe of your business e.g. creative, professional, or activity-specific. It’s also a really good idea to have some items that incorporate your brand colours.
2. Is there anything I should bring to the photo shoot, like props or accessories?
If you would like some ‘working’ shots, you could bring some props such as your laptop and phone or a notebook and pen. You may want to bring something that represents what you do e.g. a gong if you are a meditation leader. Whatever props you bring, remember that you will need to transport/carry them to your shoot location.
3. How long should I expect the photo shoot to last?
The length of time we spend at the shoot will depend on what package you have booked. It is important to bear in mind the time it takes to move to different sites in your location, so we will plan images carefully to make sure that you are getting the most out of your time available.
4. Do you have any location recommendations, or can you help me choose a suitable location for the photo shoot?
I am a self-proclaimed queen of locations and when we discuss your brand during our discovery call, I can make some recommendations of places that I think would align perfectly with your vision.
5. What if the weather is unfavourable on the day of the photo shoot? Do we reschedule, or do you have indoor options?
Sometimes the weather can let us down and I will need to assess the conditions on the day. If we cannot proceed with the shoot outside, we could move to an indoor location of your choice nearby or we could rearrange at a later date.
6. Can I bring a friend or colleague to the photo shoot for support?
Absolutely! It’s important that you feel comfortable in order to get the best images that we can.
7. Are there any specific poses or expressions I should practice or have in mind?
You can use your Pinterest Board for any posing inspiration, but I tend to find that natural photos caught in the moment work best to portray the authentic you. I will be there every step of the way to direct you if you feel unsure at any point.
8. Will my images be edited?
Every image is lightly retouched individually, as part of my full branding shoots, any obvious distractions are removed too. For Mini shoots, this will take place ONLY on your chosen images.
Lightly retouching your images still involves a lot of work- things like – exposure, highlights, temperature, white and black balance, noise reduction and sharpness altering when required, and lifting shadows across the images.
Not included in editing is extensive Photoshop work that would involve altering appearance/ sizing/ changing the way in which you look other than spot removal type work.
Once your images have been edited, they will then be uploaded onto your online portal where you can choose your images for mini shoots or download straight from your gallery for full shoots.
9. Can I purchase additional images?
Of course! Sometimes choosing a specific number can be tricky when you love all of the images, so I give my clients the option of buying extra individual ones.
10. How long will my images be saved for?
Downloadable galleries are left online to allow you to save these yourself for 2 weeks. Backups of your images will be saved for 12 months by me just incase anything happens to your copies.
