WHAT THE DAY INCLUDES

This is a 10am–5pm immersive retreat, blending coaching, reflection, creativity and practical business support.

Morning: Clarity, Confidence & Letting Go

We begin gently, creating a calm and supportive space where you can fully arrive.

You’ll experience:

• A guided grounding meditation to settle your nervous system

• Coaching to explore your why, strengths and values

• Time to reflect on what you love in your business — and what drains you

• A powerful letting-go exercise to release fear, comparison and pressure

This part of the day is about clarity and self-trust.

Afternoon: Visibility, Creativity & Content

The afternoon is practical, creative and supportive — designed so you can work independently or in small groups while still being held.

You’ll receive:

• Business photography guidance (what actually works, without perfection)

• Support with content ideas, visibility and confidence

• Video and marketing tips that feel aligned, not pushy

• Time to create content 

This is about being seen in a way that feels like you.

Closing: Your Master Plan

We finish the day by bringing everything together.

You’ll leave with:

• A clear, kind plan for the next 30–90 days

• One brave but doable visibility action

• Boundaries to protect your energy

• A renewed sense of confidence and direction
