The Mindful Photography Reset is a gentle 7-day self-study course designed to help you use photography as a way to slow down, notice more and reconnect with yourself.
This course has been created to sit alongside my book, Mindful Photography, but you do not need to have read the book to take part.
Across seven days, you’ll receive simple photography tasks, reflection prompts and gentle guidance straight to your inbox. Each task can be completed at home, in your garden, on a walk, around your workspace or wherever you are.
This is not a technical photography course.
You do not need expensive equipment.
You do not need photography experience.
You do not need to take perfect photographs.
You simply need your phone or camera, a little curiosity and a willingness to pause.
The course may especially resonate if you are feeling overwhelmed, creatively stuck, navigating change, moving through early menopause, living with ADHD or autism, rebuilding confidence, or simply wanting a calmer way to reconnect with yourself.
